GOD AND THE DEVIL

Most religious beliefs are based on information received from an outside source that cannot be verified, sometimes called hearsay. Millions will follow the commands of a religious text without ever speaking to its author, and billions will believe in a deity because of miracles they were told about by someone who was not even present or alive at the time.
But to denounce faith is sheer folly. Faith is not limited to religious believers. While even the most pious pontiff cannot provide irrefutable proof of the existence of his god, neither can the scientist who claims that no deity resides in the universe. Both rely on their own faith to explain things they will never understand.
There is no proof of God. There is no proof of God either. If science cannot definitively prove that there is no God, then science has no choice but to accept the possibility of the existence of a god.

The deepest doubt builds the strongest faith.

The religious foundation of the Freemasonry Brotherhood is based on this universal conundrum of faith and doubt. We do not question whether a god exists or not, but rather focus on the betterment of the human people living on this planet. Our decisions are made by studying data and evidence – factors that can be easily altered by an omniscient creature in order to guide our actions and the future of humanity.

Beware of those who use our name.

For decades, a multitude of individuals have operated under the name of the Freemasonry Brotherhood – their deception clouds the public perception of our organization, leading many citizens to believe that wrongdoing is committed under our command.
For anyone to claim that the Freemasonry Brotherhood is affiliated with a religious belief – whether God or Satan, Baphomet or Baal – undermines the very purpose of our independence from human divisions. We neither accept nor deny any deity, nor hold any deity superior to another. We operate solely for the benefit of the human species we have been charged to protect.
Even more heinous rumors have been attributed to our organization, including human sacrifice and violent rituals. While our individual members are permitted to serve any deity they choose, the Illuminati as a whole is dedicated solely to the preservation of the human species. Therefore, human sacrifice or any practice that does not serve the betterment of humanity would go against everything we stand for, and is therefore forbidden.

Does a god have to exist for you to do what is right?

Would an all-intelligent, all-knowing, all-powerful god care what name is used in his worship? Would one god command the evil of another when his justice can be done without your help? Simply do what is right and good for the benefit of your kind, and whatever higher power exists will reward you for your stewardship.
